* All items must have all pieces and be in working order.
* Batteries must be included if needed.
* For items with small pieces, place small items in a baggie and securely tape shut with clear packing tape. This keeps kids from opening the packages and losing the pieces. For large toys with small pieces, tape baggie to the toy.
* Attach price tags with clear packing tape. Use masking tape or scotch tape on books or puzzles.
